I named my site Perfect Places because every time I walked into a property that I would eventually buy, I would exclaim "This is the perfect place!" Granted, what I would deem to be a perfect place may be very different from you. I like properties that are run down and need some TLC. For others, this would be a most imperfect place!
My focus in the Vancouver real estate market are downtown condos. This means the areas of the downtown core, Yaletown, False Creek North, False Creek East, Coal Harbour and the West End. I believe specializing in a particular part of the real estate market makes me a more knowledgeable agent. I am always striving to learn as much as I can about the properties in these areas.
